If you're looking for a 172 cup, specifically for motorway miles, your barking up the wrong tree. At 70 - 80mph in 5th gear, you're doing 3,500 - 4,000 revs, and the seating position isn't great for extended periods of driving. I get a bad back after 50 minutes.
Roads round me are suprisingly dirt free. Takes my car a good 6 weeks to get stupidly dirty.
But then I did 400 motorway miles this weekend, and the car's filthy now :dapprove:
I can only speculate, as I've not had both sets of tires, but I can't see eagle f1s being any better for the money than paradas.
As long as you don't drive on the limit in the wet (which you're a tool, asking to crash if you do) then paradas will be fine. Epic dry grip.

You mean you've never heard of the bhp rating that all brake calipers carry?
They've got to be suitable to hold back those ponies while braking
and to the OP, you've got a long way to go before it starts looking like f0xys old car.
