yup, SPax are more than AOK........much better than APEX sludge.

Might make it worthwhile to use a dog leg spanner on the strut top nut and an allen key socket in the shocker piston shaft as it might just end up spinning and spinning. Unless you got compressed air to work with.

DSs will add a sight clonk to the noise, and when you turn the noise will change.....grab a shaft and shake it hard, any play will indicate either bearing or shaft.
But check your bearings again, as a damaged carrier can kill a new bearing in nxt to no time!
