2 cars is the way to do it, as said. I used to do all my week driving in the works freelander, and then evenings and weekends were for my clio. It was nice during the week, I could leave behind all the rattles and whines, and "oh f**k what was that noise" 's.
Now having sold the freelander...

I'll agree with that, regardless of which tire people are driving on, they shouldn't be driving at stupid speeds in bad conditions.
Even more lucky, is the fact that I'm not in work tomorrow, so I may just go and fill my tank up, and have a blast round in the car tonight when no one's about

...and I seem to recall some where you were having trouble with your rear strut brace, and squeeking? Try sticking some grease on all over the cups, and it should solve it.
