I'm not sure if the 'Crowned' achievement is still there in L4D2 as it was in L4D, but you got it by killing a witch with a single shot. Easiest was with the shotgun. Switch the light off and creep up behind her. Before she turns around - BAM - one shot to the head. You have to be pretty close...

There might be an app for that m8, but I mainly use it for running FRAPs. Gives me a dynamic frames per sec rating in the games. Plus a fair few games have display patches built into them - so stats like ammo, map directions, etc are on display during the game. Is also works with Max OSX...
