It has a much better internet-game interface than L4D, imo. It makes it much easier to jump into a game with a decent ping time than L4D. Having said that, it's not as good a game as L4D is. I did go on a server yesterday though that had TK enabled by default. It made the game SO much better...

That should be correct - the memory clock running at 266Mhz. Does the Dominator ram itself say PC2-8500 on the label? It sounds like your motherboard is happy taking the 1066 stuff, but I know on mine, the original BIOS didn't support it, then a later one did, then a later one still dropped it...
