I'd recommend changing the gearbox oil as well. I'd had it done at 36k with the service and the 'box felt a lot more direct afterwards. Had it changed at the 48k service as well, but that was probably a bit overkill. ;) Isn't engine flush one of those Marmite treatments? Some people rave about...

Hopefully not, m8! Mine is a 750w unit - with a wattage in usage display on the rear. It's yet to pass 300w from what I've seen - even when under load on 3DMark2006. That's not to say that a single rail isn't being overloaded though. I've tried to spread out the load evenly, as best I can...

As per title - does anyone know of a PSU rated approx 400w (or higher) in micro-ATX form? Highest I've seen is 300w so far, which maybe enough - but I'd be happier at 400w as I know the setup works like that when connected to a 430w ATX PSU. I could transplant all the bits to another case...
