missing the front bumper :(
Re: How many grooves to choose on a disk?
not an expert on the subject, so some one will more than likely show me up here, but if your heating a metal up and cooling it quickly over and over again, it'll weaken and develop cracks. its all to do with the grooves being able to channel away gasses...
Re: How many grooves to choose on a disk?
more groves on the disc, cools them down quicker, but reduces the life of the disc. only really useful if your track driving, or driving hard
we had our internet cut off for 2 months last year, and i eventually rang them to ask why this was, the guy replied with a shocked tone, that everything was fine, and our service was still being provided, he put me through to technical support. after being on hold for 2 and a half hours, i gave...
yep, hopefully it'll be finished early next month. the guys taken time out from repairing 2 porches and a noble m12, and managed to look at my bright orange clio lol.
just got to decide what im doing with it now, id quite like to drive it:dapprove:
dunno mate, theres no evidence of it hitting another car, cus theres no other paintwork on it.
what i think has happened, is that the last owner, has maybe lost control, understeared into a small wall or something, knocking the front wheel and scraping the arch, puzzling thing is how theres no...
spot on, my thoughts exactly. the exhaust would be left suspended in mid air without the rear vallance. not sure how the last guy fitted the exhaust though, cus on k-tec its down as a milltek exhaust, for the megane. and the induction kit in it is for a V6 :S
haha, i didnt think it was bad to sort out...
but i have the list of whats wrong:
sub frames bent
wishbone
driveshaft
steering rack
suspension leg
lambda sensor
air con condensor
raiators bent
batterys faulty
4 new brake discs
bearings
...nightmare
haha, got those pics up eventually, after much getting it wrong lol
well, ive already had everyone faint when i told them how much ive spent on it
bought it from a salvage yard as a cat c write off for 3,750. the pic from the front shows all the damage, if you look closely you can see a...
hmmmm yeah, i see what you mean about the back

only thing with taking the body kit off, is that i have to sort out the exhaust then aswell
this is how i bought my car, not seen it since november, so i can only post the pics from the salvage yard... try and spot the damage though.
after some oppinions on what mods to keep and what to loose, im not sure about the black alloys.
spotted two 182's last night in matlock, first was an inferno, on the new bypass past sainsburys (orange car... awsome), second was silver, and parked on one of the roads off dimple road. either of them on here?
erm, no not tried them, but i may aswell. im only 19 though, and with no ncb, its not going to look good... and its a modded, cat c, 182, that for all i know could be producing closer to 200bhp
