This happened to me as well on my driver side backlight. Failed my MOT because of it.
If i had my fog lights on, and pressed the brake the right indicator would come on
If i brake and indicate at the same time the indicator stops and the fog comes on faintly
I looked at my light cluster...
I've mounted mine to the back of the rear seats in my Clio:
I know you said you didnt really want it in the boot but I've found like that It barely makes a difference to boot space.
I did look at mounting under the seat but my amp was too big to sit flat coz its quite a small area...
Yea thats what I was veering towards
Im only doing it with rattle cans just was a bit worried about run lines as its not a flat smooth surface with the letters.
Thanks for your help.
I have a black Mk2Ph2 Clio and have colour coded my side strips black to match the rest of the car, I am just unsure of what colour to do my Bullets.
I have 182 Anthracite Alloys, so thought I could maybe match them.
Either Anthracite Back with Black lettering or
Black back with Anthracite...
The grille covers on the top of the dash just twist and then lift out, then its a bit of a squeeze but if you've got small fingers you can unclip the tweeters get them out through the holes.
Its easier to take the whole dash off though.

Here is one section with one coat of Laquer on:
I've put two more coats on since then and am going to leave it and see what it turns out like tomorrow.
Well I've already primed and painted it just got the laquer to do.
I'll try and get some photos.
I'm finding it quite hard to apply the laquer evenly? I keep getting areas where it is thicker than other areas?
Thanks
Yea thats what I have been following, I don't think he has sanded the paint before laquer.
I think I must've read it on the cans that you do which is why I was confused
Yes I think I'll do that.
And another question, what about once i've put on the laquer, I heard you rub down the laquer and polish it up? What do I use to do this?
Sorry for all the questions you can probably tell this is my first time doing anything like this!
Thanks
I am colour coding my bump strips using the guide in the guides section, however I am unsure do I need to sand the basecoat before applying the laquer like I did with the primer before the basecoat?
Thanks
Just had a call from Renault to say they've replaced the Window.
However they've told me the window seal is damaged where they tried to prise it open, and it is an extra £107 for this, and they don't have it in stock currently.
I'm not sure what to do, depending on how bad it is should I...
Yea they just get your money then when its full bugger off leaving your car a target. Or they wait till your gone and steal it themselves then go off..
Do they? I thought if it was aftermarket stuff you had to declare it? And I don't really want to lose my No claims eitherr
Ha If only I had left earlier, I wouldn't have been late, then I wouldn't have parked there, then I wouldn't have been in a hurry and would've remembered to take everything out!!
