Cheers chaps.
Guysy - ideally yep - I'd get it from some place I could walk into. However, I'll probably just follow the link 182RB posted above. :)

Mainstream places just seem to have a small amount of clay packaged with detailer or something similar.
Any suggestions where to get clay on its own?
Cheers,

I will say again and again - how much better does that 197 look with a bit of spoiler showing at the rear?
Should be a compulsory fit imo. Only wusses would request it to be left off. ;)

I normally let onto to any I see. I pass an arctic blue 182 everyday, but he's just a miserable cnut.
The ones I don't get are when they have a sparkling-clean motor or one that's nicely modded and they just look at you blank. I mean, they clearly have a vested interest in their car and yet...
Not far off - Whitefield, iirc?
As for the Evo - I wish it bloody was! Nope, its not mine, though I am clinically obsessed by the 6's. I've tried seeking professional help, but it doesn't work.

Parked up, opposite the main entrance. Just been down there to pick up a bit of kit for work.
Also saw a black 197 on Grane Road and blue 197 on the M66 on the way in.
Too common those newer models. ;)

Not sure I'd justify 60k for one, but it's a proper leg-end alright.
Look at the dash on one of those PH pics. At least you wouldn't struggle in replacing any of the fuses! ;)

I just love how understated it looks. Debadge it and it would look even less obvious!
What's it like on juice Ant, in comparison to some of the madder Evo's you've had?

It does look like the EG45M-DS2H supports x4 only. I guess it depends what you want to do with Ubuntu would dictate if a swap was on the cards?
Personally, I don't think it would be much of a problem. My old PC running Ubuntu uses an older-spec AGP x8 ATi 9800 Pro. Seems to work ok. :)

Only got a quick look at it, but it looked good. Didn't even get the chance to see the reg proper either as traffic was moving.
Had tints on the windows, possibly 17's on and definitely a non-standard exhaust.
Anyone off here?

Left a 4GB stick in my jeans pocket by mistake and it got the full washing- machine treatment.
Put it over a radiator for a bit with the cover screwed off and just tried it again now. All the files are still there and I can access them.

Ah! I see. :)
Sounds like you've benefitted from the swap too!
Definitely don't sell m8. My car has been paid off for a bit now and apart from the drooling I get over the nicer looking Evo VI's - nothing out there is really tugging at me to sell and swap. I'm enjoying the 182 for what it is at...
I think you're doing less mileage than you think! 20 miles per day doesn't add up to 16k from new, back in 2003. :)
Oh, and another thumbs-up for the Birchdown Boyz. Had my 48k service done there earlier in the year. Definitely good chaps.
