1. They do have an oil feed, different superchargers run different setups. The Rotrex has its own system using traction fluid, twin screw superchargers (Eaton) are filled with oil and that's it, they then need refilling and oil changes but it's at long intervals.

Carbon trim down south us where I used to get my bits from. They have now disappeared though.

I think the polo radiator will be fine, it seems thicker and the water channels look like they carry more coolant as they are thick tubes rather than small square tubes like the Clio.

This is what I was telling you about Lewis and it works perfectly, just a bit of wax that you buff on and off every couple of months or so, and the bar lasts forever, it's about £10 for 3 bars!

I think there are correct torque settings and correct order but we just usually make sure there fairly tight and do it as you would a wheel so opposite sides get tightened one after another.
Polo Radiator and silver VHT paint turned up today, didn't realise how small the polo radiator was, weighs f**k all too!
