I wanted a Ph1 when I was 19. But I couldn't quite justify the insurance. So I bought a 106 GTi which was cheaper to buy/insure and the speed isn't vastly different. It still cost me a lot, but not near the prices quoted in here. Some of you guys pay mental prices. Just get something else...

Any car you buy 2nd hand, will state spares or repair on the receipt. It's just how it's done. If it's not really fit for the road, you should put 'for salvage only'

Does she already have an iTunes store account? She can use yours if not. Then just download them on the phone, you'll get a pop up saying you've already paid for this app and that's it. If you want separate accounts, you'll need to sync with the same computer I think.
