How do the likes of fast BMW's compare to the likes of a turbo charged 400bhp evo?
I gather the driving experience must be different to say the least with 2wd and 4wd...?
Also running costs must be pretty arse numbing...?
Welcome mate, im over the southside of Glasgow :)
As stated, getting 200bhp from the 2.0l units is a pain in the arse unless you decide to go the super/turbo charge route.
The rough idle, is that just from cold or all the time?
The Renault Sport Engines are dog rough from cold, they like the warmth before you kick its hole in, saying that, a higher premium fuel may help this slightly i.e V-Power
Ally as per FB i think your a little scunnered with the paint work, give it time.
We have high expecations from the get go so wait and see what RUK say about it and start enjoying it :)
My only gripe is the lack of Xenon option and the lack of optic lens :(
The thing about the Corsa VXR is the fact its already lacking in cubic capacity by 400cc's against the Clio.
Yes it has a turbo charger and you can scream and shout about turbo lag all day but as you say Raptor, its quite literally too close performance wise to say you hammered/smoked/pulled...
Those videos are pretty convincing that Cubic Capcity is the winner in the end........
I love the Corsa VXR's personally, id love to see how the Artic VXR (204bhp) would cope against the 197?
Good videos mate, in Croatia i gather?
The Trophy from that list personaly.
However to go off topic a little id definatley consider a Focus RS (mk1)
Residual values are strong and have seemed to have coped well against the new FRS coming out. It IMO is the better car than most of the RenaultSport range and definatley worth a punt.
