Got one of those Orange SPV M600's for work (which I hate) and my own Nokia 6310i (which I hate just slightly less). Absolutely despise mobiles and would happily smash both of them into ten zillion pieces, given half the chance. ;)

From what I've heard, 2GB seems to be the 'acceptable' standard with Vista. I tried the Vista 64 RC1 and it seemed fine on my PC, though I didn't push it too much.
Still running dual-boot XP32 and XP64 at home. It really is amazing how much quicker XP64 is to boot over XP32 - even with feck...
I find the US Air General and Chinese Tank General to be the best. I friggin' hate those GLA rocket buggies......
Still play the occasional skirmish now. Going against Brutal level AI opponents is a proper challenge.

Anyone know of a colour toner recycling place that will dispose of used colour laser cartridges?
I know a few who will happily take the black ones but not the colour as they cannot guarantee the colour match when they refill them.

Unfortunately, you do get to a stage where the only useful option left is a reformat. OEM XP32 is dirt cheap these days - approx £45-£50, assuming most vendors haven't ditched it in favour of Vista?
Without knowing what you've got installed and what you use it for, it's difficult to suggest...
Got it today for the PC and only managed a short blat on the tutorials. Anyone else tried the beta and demo or have actually bought it?
First impressions are pretty good - clearly some thought has gone into the design, but it's still early days yet!
Hopefully it will tide me over in the RTS...
Hahaha! LOL! It's Gap Ltd - in Blackburn on Partnership Way. I 'think' we may have ordered one thing from you some years back. Mainly a PCWB (sorry, DSGi) and Misco house for the most part....

At Last! :)
Glad to hear that you got the Sub back in one piece, matey! 100 days wait? Bloody hell. I'm sure it will all be worth it once the tracking other niggles have been sorted out.
Good news!

Same as you Rasclart - we don't get the option of cable. :(
I'm at the outer limits of the exchange's reach for ADSL. I currently get 1MB, but more usually 1.5MB. I'm trying the following after a very good recommendation. Maybe worth as shot for £12...
HP-Compaq for us. The newer ones have had a few issues with the occasional 15k SCSI HDD, but apart from that, they are fine.
Dave - I had no idea you worked at Softcat, m8. We are regularly contacted by them to buy stuff. ;) I'll have to bear you in mind, the next time we're after another...
iTunes is lethal when your brain starts digging up all the tracks that you haven't heard in ages.
79p per track. Doesn't sound a lot, does it? Soon starts to add up though! :D

Yep - the 8800 would be the suggestion from me. I only opted for a another 7900GTX recently, simply to match the one I already had in the case.
I forfeited DX10 functionality for the chance of SLi. When games truly utilise SLi (rather than merely acknowledge its presence) then the difference...
They do look good. Though I think the contrast with justin's blue 182 looks even better.
If the match could be made to look like that Photoshop piccy - then definitely do it! :approve:

^^^^ - using my old museum-piece of a Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback wheel and pedals. Not as good as the best stuff out there, but it does the job ok. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, eh?

Didn't see much as the roundabout was in the way. Looked like it had an after-market zorst from the glimpse I saw.
Bloke driving it with dark hair. Anyone off here?
