Standard induction on the Clio 172's is good. Some aftermarket Induction kits can cause "heat-soak" and zap power i.e lose it Best way to tell if its making a difference is to get a before RR and after RR day to be sure

Far too many variables on getting a true BHP figure. From what ive seen they are pretty consistent across the range, with so many people changing exhausts/remaps/camshafts and so on its difficult to gauge as and when engines loosten up etc

Looks nice mate I've got an iceberg aswell on titanium coloured F1's. I'm not hot for the colour coded bump strips personally I think it breaks up the silver and defines it as a phase 1 Just my personal preference though. Its very very tidy though!!!!

It does sound like your car could be misfiring mate. Possibly a faulty coil pack or faulty High Tension lead going into each of the 4 coils? Are there any lights illuminated on the dash mate?
