not sure if anyone else has said this as didnt read whole thread, but as you have it on finance take the complaint via the finance company as theoretically they own the car! I am doing this currently and its really made the dealer sit up and take notice! What you need to tell the finance...

Yeah I think you did mate, wasnt a 172 though was a 1.6. Just had the 172 spoiler on it. I was selling the mods off the 1.6 to get my current car, which I now cant wait to see the back of!

My 1.6 was shockingly slow and nearly stalled almost everytime I pulled off with no exhaust on!
