siple answer is dont bother. if you want a smaller engine to chuck money at at least get the 1.6 16v as this has much better potential IF you are going to chuck lots of money at it.

my remote key has broen twice. Just have to open it up and resolder a part on, other than that only problem i had was when i didnt use the remote key for a couple of months - because of the key problem - and the alarm went off for no reason, including once while i was driving along, lol.

hiya mate, i've also got the 1.6 RXE and not had any problem like this. Sounds like a dodgy connection or as you a sensor fault, tho as for what sensor and so forth I cant really help.

Thanks for the comments guys. The bits you have criticised are the bits I haven't had much control over. Font choice for the menu was made for me, google crap I was forced to put on, and the logo quality is down to what I was provided with. Lay out design, content and production was left up...
