as brun said, full service. eitheran ITG panel filter or a sealed incutrion kit, decat, and cat back exhaust. I wouldnt do anymore to it performance wise. just lower it alloys, colour coding etc.
Open filters are ones where you can SEE the filter, closed are the ones that have something around them, metal or carbon fibre usually. With a budget of £150 you should buy either an ITG panel filter (or any toher panel filter) or a Green Dynatwist, nothing else on the market i can think of...
the 1.6 clio (RXE or RSi) have no problem keeping up with the Zetec-S or the SportKA (sportKA has the same engine as the zetec-s) so if you want another clio, get one of them, my RXE set me back £3100 a year ago and i pay £800 insurance including mods.
pipercross Viper or the new pipercross £500 jobby, hilpower induction kit, ITG maxogen, k&n apollo, green dynatwist.
all sealed or semi sealed so u wont loose power but might gain some. best gains are apparently on the new piperx, but from experience on here you cant fault the ITG.
you can download speedcamera and redlight camera add on for tomtom, i've got it on mine. as for the number plates, not worth the hassle, just get a speedcamera detector thing.
will loose power as open kit, as all open kits do
will also not filter properley as its mesh is too open, therfore letting s**t into your engine.
all in all, a waste of money
the theory behind it is sound, just the products people make are shite, as they fan doesnt spin anywhere near fast enough.
EDIT: Just had a look at those, the generation3 system looks quite good, as the fan spins at 75,000 rpm. shame the gen 4 doesnt take it to a 100,000 as that would be one...
the cd produces frequencies that MAKE the rattle happen while the cars stationary, so you can find and fix the rattle, without trying to do it while driving.
thats right, but m reg and earlier can have higher emmisions than post m reg, so you might get away with it, best thing to do is pop it to a garage and ask them to check the emmsions, they'll do it for free!
