Unfortunately It's a common problem mate. Luckily. I never had a problem with mine.
EDIT: Does she know you put that picture on here lol?
Are you asking us or telling us? Can't work out if you meant to put exclamation marks instead of question marks.
You could get a 172 rear bumper!
The hub is the circle thing on the back wheel (painted red) - Instead of brake calipers on the back, you have those. They're not really something you want to be showing off with bright red paint though ;)
I think purple could look really good. (providing you...
Honestly mate it's pretty simple. You can get paint mixed up at the bigger halfords if you give them your paint code. I guess if you did have your own spray gun you could go down that route. I have a few in the garage but I thought seeing as they're only little, I went for the spray can option...
Hi mate, welcome to the forum :)
Thanks very much! Will miss it a lot when it goes. I'm afraid I already have a buyer for those side strips and bullets though.
Yeah basically, just make sure you prepare the bits really well. That's important. then just spray a few coats of paint and a few...
Hi mate, I'm selling my 1.6 Clio if you're interested:

Here's my progress thread as well:

I was considering having a look at this when I saw it. Sounds like a proper minter :) Really like the yozza brake ducts as well! Fancy swapping bumpers? ;)
Could you post/pm me a link to that mate? Tried to find some info on them when I saw this car for sale but didn't find many photos.
Hmm might have to look into those.
Any idea what they're actually called? Tried spats, stone protectors, skirt covers...
Not getting many positive results.
Haha yeah I suppose so but probably be worth it in the long run. Going to keep the car for a long time so I guess it'd still be better than having loads of touched up marks or keep having to respray it. Plus I don't think they look too bad lol ;)
Think clear wrap might look a bit hazy if you know what I mean with the glue on the other side? Can you even get it?
I did think about the marmite thing before I posted but I'm going for purpose over looks so hopefully people won't be too judgemental :p
Just want to protect the paintwork from stone chips and I found these on eBay:

They basically just stick/screw on to the end of the...
Glad to hear it :) I think everyone misses their first cars, I know I'll miss mine lol! Yeah thats what I think as well :p
They just the standard bulbs in? I'll have to keep an eye out for some for sale.
Yeah I'm going to CSS mate, I'd like to have a look round yours too. You camping as well?
Very nice mate, bet you're glad you got it!
I like how your poor little 1.2 is trying to get in the photos as well lol. Will you be sad to see it go?
Need to get some xenons for mine, look so much nicer than normal headlights! :)
Think G 172's covered the main bits.
Just have a good look round the body work and paint as well :)
Obviously there might be a few age related marks but you don't want any dents/scratches that have been touched up poorly.
Dan.
Not sure if this is in the right section but I was just wondering if anyone could photoshop these images so that the car is lowered the same as the first picture.
(I'm selling the car and putting back to standard apart from the coilovers)
Sorry for the quality of some of the images...
