If you wanted to go for those I'd remove the led in between the two circles in the lit up picture. It looks a little out of place. And get silvervisions so there's no orange at the top ;)

Bumper doesn't have to come off to swap the grills. It might be easier but it's still possible to remove it with the bumper on.

They go up inside the frame where the window goes mate. Don't use superglue xD leave them overnight, they should be alright once they've settled.

Put one in the middle of the diagonal bit and one in the middle of the straight bit :)

Mine passed with no wiper or motor last year. It might depend where you go but apparently if its not there, it can't be tested. (not sure how true that is as mine also passed with 3/4 plates)
