    Practice on a scrap panel is a great way. Used 2 bonnets to practice on that i got for £15 each, saves any potential mishaps while learning.

    I've used the Velcro tape you can get in halfords. Been on the car for a few years constantly taking them on and off and they still stick solid every time.
