40hp is possible, if you don't like the engine. Injectors go 100% DC stock at 6000rpm

Same as anything and it depends how it's driven really. Our stock engine that we ran at silly boost is fully stripped and there was only a problem on the crappy cast on one piston's ring land. Pretty good for a 100k engine really. The mechanical side can be a minefield on these at times anyway...

Remap depends on the car and the mods really. From £295 on a basic NA. I personally prefer SC on the smaller car but that's a personal preference.

It will be far from standard :) Even probably going with a dry sump kit too. In theory mapping them on the stock ECU can save you about a grand which in the current climate is not to be sniffed at. Of course some people can't seem to bear the fact this is possible and feel they need to say...

First one should be done next week. Depending on delivery today of the brackets and rad/cooler. (It took longer as the front end was re-designed in alloy)

Personally i'd get a dent man on the small ones and polish it to see what needs painting, you'll be surprised how much they can get out!

In stock form the injectors are 100% DC above about 5k on these, good power can be gained but injectors are really advised as they dont tend to last long at 100%DC. Also the clutches in these (well the cover) are pants so for any real torque increase you would need this doing too!

Ben i can get you one of the kevlar clutches we have in our car which will do 300lbft no worries. Did you call earlier when the MRS answered? My phone went wrong and have no last call lists so couldn't call back.

Not great because every journey the car did was with the pedal to the floor and full un-restricted boost haha. Driving round town normally will return somewhere in the region of 30 i expect.

AFR is not that nice but in the sweet spot so no issue. With more mapping time this can be made perfect with OE cold start, idle and all other features.
