Sounds like you've already made up your mind but felt the need to post. It looks a lot better in the second picture for some reason, but given your mileage I wouldn't go for it, it costs me approx £100 to fill my tank but thankfully I only do around 25 miles a day.
I know what you mean Scutch its a struggle, I've just completed Mafia 2 but haven't completed Starcraft 2 (started before Mafia 2) and haven't touched BC2 in AGES!!
I think I'm right in saying if you don't turn the e-mail function off you will get charged if you receive them. Ofcourse any data you use you will get charged for.
The SSD is purely for the OS, I've got 2 x 150GB 10k Raptors in my current build which I haven't made my mind up about what i'm going to do with yet. I may split them and use 1 in the new build for a dedicated games drive.

lol, I know, the board I've specified so far is too cheap with not enough features. At the moment I'm waiting for the new 6000 series GPUs to come out then I'll spec a better M/Board and buy all the kit.
seems really good, a LOT of attention to detail going on, but it may just be show-boating that'll wear off as you progress, I guess time will tell but first impressions are its a good step ahead from the original.
