with exception of the E46 they all look sh*t

with regards to the drain, I'm assuming all I need is a seperate piece of tubing coming off the reservoir to act as a draining point (that's what I've tried to illustrate) A bit like this (although this isn't done with tubing):

yeah I think I'll go with Tygon and compression.

Looking around, perhaps its better to go with compression fittings and Tygon tubing?
