interesting to read as there are new things in there about the cup suspension but still not sure if the track is wider in the cup or the reason for this. anyway thanks for the extras ;)
these ones should fit, they are in the clio 2 section
http://k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1054
the 182 has a thicker arb, but if you specify to k-tec what car you have they should provide the right set for you
I also knew the offset was 45 in the range, that's another thing worth being measured.
non cup owners please help!
not sure about the extra degree in camber, I remember the cup pack having about 0.6 negative on the front and -1.4 degree in the back, that means positive camber on the front axle...
Hi there,
Been looking at the expert section in the renaultsport.co.uk and found out something I wasn't sure about the track in the cup suspension
It seems that the wider track comes from the different offset in the cup anthracite wheels which is ET 45 compared to ET 48(non cup)
here is what...
my milltek seems to be ok, I remember having looked at it in some cold day and the vapors came on both pipes.. didn't touch them to see which was hotter though..
i'm pleased with the sound also and no cracked welds so far :D

p.s:the cat and center...
this is the best company with online sales I have found in my country, and figured it out they should deliver in UK also. as I said, mine are on their way as I said. Also asked them how often are they updating the website and it's about every 24 hours, so basically if you see something it means...
basically you should put the grease everywhere components might rub against each other. not doing it may cause squeaking or even reduced life span
check this thread to see the problem I had with the lower arm bushes and how to get it done
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=437818
I do have two pics with one of the bush that came out, but since I'm not at home right now I can't post the pic with the job done. you just have to make or order some other sleeves (or reposition them if things aren't as bad as in my case) and weld them on the arm in 5 or 6 spots as this will be...

this is the place I've ordered mine. it is a company which sells tyres all over europe, and I think you guys might just get lucky. you can also give them a call, they are spot on
I have the k-tec ones, not fitted them yet but they really do look like good stuff. they're a bit more expensive than the AST's and require 3 holes to be mounted
be careful with the wishbone bushes! they started to squeak and I thought "oh well I expected this" but it turned out that the outer sleeves on 2 bushes came out and were rubbing against the subframe mountings..
this lead to some damage to the mountings but I managed to make some other custom...
well I may be lucky and get them quickly, I'm not from the uk and I think I will receive them soon enough.. I can get them at 100 per corner, the exalto's are about 130 quid in my country
BIG dilema for me:
I had an accident :( and the left front side of the car is wrecked.. anyway, as the wheel on that side is damaged (that includes the tyre also) I have to buy another 2 rubbers for the front as the old ones were like 50% gone, the rears are still ok.
so for now I have PE2's on...
I saw two guys having the k-tec uprated ones fitted (plus the dogbone poly thing) and they both were happy with the result. the downside to this is some extra vibration in the car at idle speeds, but hey, I don't care since I have the k-tec ones waiting to be fitted :D. go for the dog bone poly...
I wanted the bmc a while ago, but some lads claim that it caused power drops and that put me of it for the moment. but they do look good and sound nice. maybe you should get a remap and a RR after to see the results.
I think the best noise comes from the milltek with the center silencer removed. Quality wise the yozza should be on top. also the milltek looks nice, but there are some guys complaining about snapped welds but milltek will replace the damaged sections no problem at all. I have the muilltek now...
I received the k-tec ones today, they look like quality stuff, unfortunately I'll have to wait another month to fit them since the car is still damaged after an accident :(
will keep you posted as soon as I get them on. I am not worried about the drill stuff, as long as the area will be...
the cup packed cars also have the cup chassis which should be different from the normal one (stiffer maybe). the suspension part can be done quite easy if you have the money to buy springs, shocks and the hubs. lower ball joint mounting holes are 13 mm diameter instead of 10 mm (non cup) if I...
