sure its not the throttle body? They're more common than the pedal
if you have the receipt then just show the dealer, they should cover it, but i very much doubt its the pedal, is the car in limp mode?
yeah its fine to reuse the bolt, and yes it'll need re timing properly, not just a case of undoing the bolt and re torque'ing, i bet the cambelt tension is way out, check it
i've come to the conclusion that toyo's aren't all that, there's much better available but unfortunatley the price is higher

random tapping noise at idle? cambelt tensioner, i've done about 15 of them
i have a car on the lift at the moment that's having to have a new subframe because they weren't welded, i'll get you pictures of the damage!!!!

the ARB is fitted wrong, the brackets that hold it to the rear axle need to be further apart
did you tack weld in the wishbone sleeve's?
and WHY gaz? there's much better available!
