just wondering if the original phase 1 172 is lower than the non RS clios of the same shape and model. the reason i ask is im wondering if 40mm mlowering springs will be a big enough drop to be noticable. ive got 16" alloys as wheel so what do you reackon?

they can be bought from ktec.... abd they are just a bulb for your indicators that flash orange but look silver so you get no awful orange reflection in the headlights i think lol

as title says phase 1 172 silver with black window tints.. you was turning left up past the police station. anyone on here Harlow at about 14:30. i was in virtually identicle car

im thinking my 30mm drop seen a couple of pics on here looks ok i got 16's as well so hopefully it will feel the archs up nicely. but just really not sure what to do. my last car had 60mm springs on standrad shocks for over a year no problems as well

just been looking at lowering springs and it seems all do a max of 30mm. now my last clio which was only a 1.2 lowered 60mm and looked good. 30mm on 172 just dont seem enough is there any place i can get some 60mm lowering springs other than getting coilovers dont wanna spend that much on them.

except its slower than the mk2 phase 1 172 lol i thought id start the argument off again lol

172 sport 24yrs old 3 years ncb no crashes at all either only been driving 3 years. £1100 and im in one of the worst postcode bracket in the country although just got my renewal quote and its £600 fully comp which is f**king sweet lol

i removed mine 2 months ago and had no problems the only way you spin these cars from what ive found out is if you hit a corner to fast and take your foot off the power mid way through a turning. go for it i think i saved nearly 23kg when i lost mine

my cambelt snapped at 60mph in the fast line of the m25 at 8:45am.. whole engine was fooked and nearly wiped out 2 other peoples cars and nearly got crushed by an artic lorry trying to get to the hard shoulder be for the car came to a stand still on the fast lane lol was not much fun

just to clear one thing up i did not put them on the car. the car came like that.and while its still as high as a monster truck and with 16" 5 spoke alloy wheels the last of my concerns is the tints. lol

ill find out what my alloys are mate cant remember off the top of my head. the other thing about that alloys in my first post is that the only weigh 7.3kg a piece.....1.4kg a wheel lighter than the turinis!!! lol

£253.74 delievery for an extra £40 a set of yokohama tyres just wasnt sure if they would go with the car or not
