Best way to do it mate is get them on the car and then just make an educated guess as to how far you'd like to bring the wheels out. Simple.

I'd just go tight Ad, much like you'd do a set of wheels. (I'm assuming you don't do those with a wrench?)

Indeed they are. You may want spacers to push them further out of the arches, but get them on first and see what you think. :)

Sounds like you need to do up the clamp tighter if I'm honest mate. Get another clamp if that fails, i.e a new one that is 100% correct size, do it up tight as hell and then double bolt if you really have to.

Personally, we've/I've (at work) found the vodafone one massively superior. 15£ top up, 3gb or 30 days usage, better signal than any others and a pretty impressive speed all in all.
