hey guys im really worried im fitting my new dvd head unit and it was all going ok and then a bolted it in place i had it work alreayd by this point turned my engine off bolted head unit in place and now the imboliser light is not flicking like it used to and my head unit not working at all...
hey guys need urgent advice i just bought a monitour/dvd player single din unit and its got so many cables im struggling to get them all in do you think i should take the dash off and do it that way or whats the way around it been playing for like 40mins to get it in now and no joy??? please help
yeah i was more bother by the fact that i have a savage back box whihc sits low as it is i think it works out it will be about 12cmoff the ground which is quite low but i have bought them now just need alloys lol im lower 60mm with steelies gonna look so stupid for 3 weeks or 4 lol
well i showed be recieving my springs from k tec sometime this week hopefully i ordered them earlier today so i hope i get paid enough and someone is selling there standard clio alloys the only other ones i like are the team dynamics 1.2 race things and they are silly money
what size are the clio sport ones there are the five spoke ones and the turinos aint there?? not sure of the names soz lol all i know is i want a set for a maximum of £150 coz i wanna get some proxxes r888
i was going to go for 15s i think i want proper renault ones i get paid again in 3 and a bit weeks so was hoping to get some off here for around 150. wanna keep car as standard looking as possible. what size do you reackon best?
stupid 5inch slash cut exhaust on a 1.2 8v clio (Still my car today :eek: ) thought it would be good got it first week i had my car now i wanna get rid of it and get a nice small exhaust something like a peco nice sound too them but not to loud
i just ordered my lowering springs and i aint got alloys for at least another month yet so do you think 60mm drop is going to be to big on steelies lol any pics what you guys think?
hey i just got my quote for my 60ml lowering springs with tesco adss an extra 9 pound a month if i get the 60ml springs. or an extra 9 pound a month if i get the 40ml springs as it goes down as a cosmetic change not a modification apparently wonder which ones im going for lol
right i found the form my old dear had hid it (bloody woman) it says the first registration was 13 08 1998 but the question this site is asking me is was it registered in march 98 or september 98...........shall i just go for september like the previous person said? sorry about all the questions...
i have no idea what a v5 form is but my cars MOT is in march every year so i guess it was registered in march and i think they made changes to the clio suspension design thats why i need to know when it was registered. so if MOT is march my car is registered in march yay or nay?
as the title goes how can i find out whether my car was registered march 1998 or september 1998 its an S-reg if that helps i need to no as im ordering lowering springs an i have they choice out of 2
yeah so your saying you should be declaring it then. i have declared everything in my car and o it for exhaust to induction kit. but i didnt really think about ice till the other day. well i better give the insurance company a call then
right i got the problem solved of the springs i need now last question lol on a 60ml drop do you have any problems with scraping on bottom of speed humps or anything like that or is it a pain in the arse going over them i want to drop 60ml but its my daily car and there are a lot of speed humps...
i have just got a in dash dvd player fitted into my car. no i did not tell my insurance company about my previous change of head unit nor do they know that i have a set of 6x9 and 2 subs + 2 amps know it dawned on me that i am not sure weather i should declare these or not. my insurance states...
i got a 1.2 clio s reg mk 2 phase 1 now im not sure what to do 40 or 60ml drop ....what do you guys think?? and whats the best springs to get for £100 dont need shocks at the moment because im getting them next month after i got the springs. cheers guys
