Interesting one, possibly a fault crank sensor as Budge'ster mentioned?

Engine mount: If you have some pics I'm sure you'll get more advice, as I'm not quite sure what you're talking about with regards to the 13mm bolt.
As for the upper GB mount, I've struggled with this in the past, the key is to get onto both nuts apparently, the visible one ontop of the mount...
They're not massively expensive and IMO really change how the car feels to drive, mine feels much more "chuckable" if you know what I mean?

Just get them from the local motorfactors if you ever had to mate, it's a simple job, well exactly the same level of complexity as changing a spring.
