Oh hello Roberto, what sort of weirdo noise could come from the pedal? It's surely the noise of the clutch dis-engaging so the release bearing?
P.s fancy doing an oil change with me at some point? Car's going to France next week....
Not from being a "jack-r****d" no ;), but the back end of one of my sideskirt's isn't quite flush, and in my attempt to make this car horrendously mint, it needs to be addressed.
I'd love to know this too, I'm tempted to buy all new "clips" (aparently you can buy these from a dealer), take my whole side skirt off and re-fit it this weekend.
If I go crazy and decide to give it a go, I'll let you know how I get on mate.
Get that harness back in, not only will it no doubt add some strength to the front, but it's something to wrap the wiring around and tape it up.
Oh, and get some bloody bright blue leccy tape!! Would look so much better!
Why not install the switches into the carbon? You can get flat switches from any motor factors, the wiring on the windows is pretty damn simple, I've wired some from scratch.
Alternatively you could wire them into anywhere on the dash, as the wires all go through that way.
I don't really think any car is more reliable than another, it's just luck, and how it's been treated for it's life... we all say BMW's are bullet proof, but look at that thread about the 30k'er that needs a new engine.
I like the ford, and if you get the SC kit, jeebus!
Looks really good, but you've made me sad. I really want silver f1's now, and Budgie's have sold, what a t**t!
Full width plate and you're onto a winner :)
