I remember the day you started this project, once finished I think you should go through and create a comment-less version for us to read from start to finish.
Hopefully this'll be on the road by the spring next year, get a good springs/summers use out of it.
Hoover the f**king thing then! lol!
There's nothing like a real full on clean to make a car feel like yours, really give it a going over, inside and out.
I have FK Silverline's on mine, which are just basically stainless konig sports I believe, I like them, and they go low enough, as far as I'm aware, GAZ are more of a budget make?
Proper, full on, n00b question, change the filter before or after changing the oil? Or whilst it's empty?
I can honestly say I've never bothered to change one myself before.
FLOL!
He's buying cables worth more than he'd be willing to spend on body panels!
Poor sod, get it sorted though Dan, it feels good when you fix the little things.
I've seen a lot of mk1 dashes do this, but never a mk2.

Oh and theduck of course.
Re: Mk1 F4R/172'd Track Car Project
I swear you've got holes drilled all the way down the a pillar? Or is that part of a cage?
MOT in the post much? ;)
As the man above says really...
The four along the bootlid are torx25 bits I believe, then you've got 13mm (iirc) bolts in the arch liners, and two more directly under the car, think that's your lot.
The guide is the same as the ph2 bumper mate if that's easier to find.
Re: Mk1 F4R/172'd Track Car Project
I'd love to see his MOT advisories...
"rear seats missing"
"rear seatbelts missing"
"random holes in chasis"
Love this Jord, the amount of effort you put in, but most importantly, the fact you bother to tell us all about most of it :)
