Yes it is, you can either do it mid corner if you think you're the drift king (insert trendy word like yo' or whatever kids use these days) or simply to scrub off speed when not changing down as it's quicker to get on the power than moving your right foot, on the road makes for good practice :)...
You can drive to and from an mot centre but not anywhere else if it fails. For example if you passed an mot today and for a giggle got another at a different garage a day later and it fails you dont then have a year to get another.
Hopefully my crappy pic will how what i mean, run the yellow speaker wire from the crossover into the original woofer wiring and then leave the original tweeter wiring doing nothing and re wire the new tweeters to the crossover.
Sorry, forgive my stupidity but did you amp these? I'm thinking i can run speaker wire from the amp to the crossover and then from the crossover into the standard speaker wiring and then a seperate wire to the new tweeters? Would this be ok?
You can't without taking the wheels off, if it's got the spoiler and wheels you can be pretty certain it's got both packs, the splitter usually falls off so don't worry if that is missing.
