The sensation at low revs is similar. It has a slight 'waft' of thrust when dragging the car up from low rpm. Much like the low end peak torque of a TDI. He doesn't mean it actually drives like a deisel lol.

RE smoke, Its likely to be water blowing out of the exhaust, which has built up due to your short journeys. The low pressure behind the car throws it all onto the rear windscreen.

Supernatural just needs a QD wipe-down after an hour or so. I've not really had any problems with (v2 I think)

They deep cleanse the surface, some provide a little protection of their own and give a good base to wax over, some contain fillers too.
