Nice find indeed, rare to get a perfectly standard one. Steering wheel re-trim, coilovers, front bumper respray, lovely. The Mk1 is awesome though.

Mike its exactly what I told you to measure, just do top of one bolt to the top of the other, if you're unsure I am 100% certain now after doing a bit of searching, so if you want a second opinion lemme' know.

Indeed I am Mike, you can pretty much feel its the top mounts now, you can get it to "clunk" if you turn left full lock too. Going to try some standard ones with the washer fix :) How long will it take us to shove some on? ;)

Car looks great, brilliant choice of mods with the 16" o.z f1's! How hard was fitting the poly bushes? I think I'll be doing that in the near future. :)

Looks to be a self sprayed Titanium. Often when spraying something yourself with rattle cans, people apply too much lacquer making the paint below appear a lot darker than it should.

I'm a bit disappointed, I expected it to be insanely clean in these photo's and there to be about 1,393,905 of them! Wheels grey is an absolute must for me, that with coilies and I think it'll look smashing then. :D P.s your avatar is too small :rasp:
