Only once or twice with some encouragement ! One of my (now passed) pupils actually picked up his first car on Saturday... Naturally he didn’t need much encouragement to have a bit of fun! I think he’s joining the forum when he gets a chance too.

I’d guess the radio has been changed at some point and the code the OP has got is for the original Unit.

Take the radio out and get the numbers off the side. There are websites like this https://www.radio-code.co.uk/renault-radio-codes.html that will give you the correct code for the radio.
