    99% b****cks, i've seen 1 cup with a knackered rear valve in 6/7years 49% is bloody good for a cup, they're normally about 25-30% from memory

    rock hard on track DOES NOT = good body roll isn't a bad thing!

    you can slide them out with that upper bracket in place (goes to the top on the alternator), but i remove it MUCH easier, they're a t**t to line the inlet upto the head with that bracket in place
