slam pannel out (4 x 13mm bolts, 2 x 13mm bolt behind the crossmember, just loosen those 2) undo the 2 10mm nuts on the upper rad brackets undo the 4 8mm bolts holding the aircon rad to the main rad unclip rad fan wiring remove upper and lower pipes rad out
