agree with danny, paste should be banned, its s**t high temp silicone ONLY, available from most motor factors

you'll have to c**k about with it lots, depends on vehicle weight etc etc etc, aim for 30spi all round HOT as a starting point and adjust from there, so set them at rear 27 fronts 25 cold and see how you go
