i had one of your gen-90 equiped cars in yesterday David, dashboard was lit up like an xmas tree, i thought that wasn't going to happen with the gen-90? or are you still ironing out the kinks?

its a rubber hose (both ends cut on an angle), 2 jubilee clips, and a V6 box hooked upto the headlight blank

^its a palmer sport car, they were different to the actual cup racers

serpentine belt tool with a 3/8ths bit on the end

probably the K&N, palmersport were the only ones who had "182" style cup racers, and they were the only ones who ran those "gangster" air filters

about a 3 hour job, not hard as such, the onlyhard bit is getting the aux belt on and off (there is a tool for it)

garage job, any bearing will do, but try and get an SKF or FAG bearing as they seem to last longer

one reason why you should strip and rebuild a 2nd hand box before fitting!

because you don't need any marks, the tools take care of everything for you plus if you do the cambelt the correct way (ie slackening off the inlet and exhaust pullies) tipex is pointless if the cambelt is done the wrong way (ie inlet and exhaust cams NOT loosened off) timing WIL be out

thats a service exchange unit if i'm not mistaken! (refurbed by renault) the actual code for a 182 is a JC5 130
