You will not notice a massive difference between the two polishes.
Lime prime isn't a glaze really, it's a pre wax cleaner with a small amount of cut. Buy from CleanYourCar if you want the red moose.
Birdie (ironic name for the thread...), the only way is a decent machine polish. You will be very hard pushed to remove them by hand, even if your paint is relatively soft...

Do you know, Jim, that was one thing that was playing on my mind. I've not used wool pads. I've never seen the requirement, even with some of the BMWs and VAGs I've done. 3.02 over a few hits has always sorted it. But then again, I have not usually been asked for full correction on said cars...

Only you can decide if you have enough income to support that price hike. If you feel you need the 182 over the 206, go for it.
Re other people's prices, there is no point asking really fella, as it differs from person to person. Even people living at the same postcode, address, car etc...
