I think you may be a little bit stuck buddy.
The only solution in my eyes, re the tap, would be to do as Chris has said and just get a longer hose to reach.
Failing that, I would suggest getting to a local jet booth (Morrisons, ASDA, Tescos, Shell etc), doing the dirty work there, then...
For what, bodywork? I would presume the detailer in question (who is it btw Lancs Trophy? Anyone we know?) should base their choice on the client. If they asked me, I'd say looks over durability. If they asked my sister (no pics) she'd say durability...
Lancs, how often does the car get...
Oh, forgot to mention, Gally, used Carnauba Glos on the bonnet and wings after the second weekend wash... epic as a simple QD. Love it. YISH IS A KEEPER!
Lancs Trophy, can't really add to the above fella! Your wheels are the only thing I would add to. They will be sealed, or should be, by the...
Lol I was about to post;
"Hai.
Detailing wise, let's start from the beginning. If someone else is going to detail it for you, I would presume that means a machine polish/paint correction."
Got that far then you emailed Kevings!
Ben,
I would worry about the source running dry, or becoming blocked, therefore leading to the pump running dry.
Karchers are bloody awful build quality when it comes to anything at all affecting the pump. They break if you have a slight drop in pressure sadly (massive generalisation, but...
Revo will see 250s on a "true" rolling road. 260 is unlikely and will purely be down to over zealous rollers, but the difference will be in the way that it drives.
Personally don't like the tints, lights and windows, but other than that, looks good.
Quite the contrary. That's the best thing about it. You know I don't like AIO products. But I love Prime. Decent pad, rub in as a polish, buff off as a sealant.
On my paint last night richy, it didn't lift anything in the way of dirt. That's the Carnauba. But it is squeaky clean to start with. I went over the bonnet and wings with Prime, RMGlaze and Onyx last night. Bingo bango beading!!
If you have a mucky area, such as door shuts etc, that's when I...
I would personally fella. Issue with it is it will never be perfect, there will always be marks and you might end up paying that much for it to be done... so might as well get a new one, which will also be free of scratches on the inside as well!
You can, but for the cost, I would check out how much your insurance would cost for a new one.
My excess is £70 for upto five new windows. It doesn't affect your car's insurance as it's a separate policy and it's quick and easy.
That would be/is going to be my route.
Re: Roy's Shed - Esploding in Anthracite
Yes but I do. Or rather the butler does. And "he" (read "they") agreed it understeers. QUITE A LOT. Still, four wheel launches are fun.
Love it. The colour to have the Ph1 in. Ph2 as well TBH!
Boys, tell me. Where did DJW originate from? I presumed you were brothers when I first joined many moons ago - mk1s were the shared chat in those days!
Fancy driving by some bushes so you can bring her back and I can have another day detailing her?
Epic colour.
You know I don't like the white wheels, but love it all the same Jon. Subtle and a delightful colour.
