Had the beta for a few months now, they're doing some nice changes so far but on the whole I'm not a fan, the way the guns are "random" really irritates me, I get the fact they want to make it more realistic but to be honest at the moment it doesn't take aim to kill someone more than luck!

Ditch the 17's, as davo said 205-45-17 seems too big? 45's are surely huge if you have 17" too? In terms of actual noise though, brand of tyre would be cause tbh, yours aren't really that low profile.
