Go for an i3 over a Phenom to be honest - this will change mobo and probably your memory! Also i wouldn't trust Seagate with a bargepole (though some do), i'd recommend a Samsung Spinpoint F3/F4. I'd also recommend Corsair for PSU's, much stronger than OCZ in that department, perhaps a...

I tried playing it yesterday, moved my character about 1m and then it crashed (even with the performance config and hotfix drivers), couldn't be arsed to boot it up since. I suppose I'll give it a go in a bit!

and i thought mine was worth alot, impressive :p I started it yesterday, got to the first character-movement part and it instantly crashed, not booted since due to all the problems people are having!
