    Monthly contracts for iPhone

You'll be able to upgrade. And contracts wise, surely just stick with what you have? Unless it's really not working. Then I suggest speaking to them.

It will never be an old waggon. I'd still buy the old Aston DB7 Vantage Volante we had and that's on a Y reg.

7K in the German? I need to look into this as I only drive 3 miles a day now. No trips to Brum or London in the car.

    My replacement saxo

You can't afford the Clio, but I'm willing the bet the insurance on that is sky high . . . Looks shite, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess. (should have gone to specsavers).

    Hello everyone.

So it doesn't look too one sided, welcome and it is worth paying the tenner to look through the entire site. . .and I don't have a Clio any more! Lots of helpful posts/threads and good banter + access to discounts.

    Mods & Insurance

I ask before buying and fitting. If it's worth it or no change, I go ahead Dawnie. But I ask about everything, including tiny items.

    A Question...

A sealent is like a liquid wax, i.e. it seals the paint after polishing it. Think of paint needing lacquer to last against weather, washing etc. The sealent is like a temporary "lacquer". Sealents are more resistant to weathering than waxes, so last longer. Hence me mentioning if you won't get...

    A Question...

Lol. Again, it doesn't protect the polish, it protects the fresh surface of the paint that the polish has uncovered. But you're getting there and I'm being pernickety ;)

    Cheap and cheerful?

Menz pads degrade after very little time. Stick with Sonus or 3M.
  20. J

    A Question...

Nope. Acid rain, especially in built up areas like Manchester/NW. It doesn't protect the wax Pedro - but I think that's a mis-type, not your misunderstanding. Sealent to me is either or. If you have the time to wash and re apply wax on a regular basis, wax it. If it's winter, or you live away...

    Cheap and cheerful?

Don't buy cheap Tommy. New that is. As Kev's said, look out for second hand stuff.

    Hi Everyone

    You're up early! Welcome KirstyLou!

    A Question...

Precisely that Kat. Polish, no. Wax, in a few weeks/months. Never any harm in topping up buddy. Oh, and get some pics up to show off your work - sounds like the car deserves it.

    Microfibre WASH+....Is It Really Needed??

Neither really, I use the same stuff most of the time, that's why it's . . . retarded. Two cans of Tardis, one for clients/family the other for my car alone. Same product, same use, different "uses" lol.

    Microfibre WASH+....Is It Really Needed??

Mate, don't even start. Anal isn't the word. I have separate products (including bottled products) for my own car and clients/family cars.

    A Question...

Flol, got the tonage for RO water Highlander??? iWish. Tommy, sorry buddy, I'm a bugger with PMs if I read them at work - usually then forget to reply when I get home! Nothing wrong with that for your useage buddy. Just wash with the mitt and the shampoo. Once done, sheet water over the...

    Microfibre WASH+....Is It Really Needed??

Don't use powder as Markie said, as it won't disperse as well as a liquid cleaner. Other than that, you shouldn't have an issue. Mine don't last long. Few uses and they get demoted to glass duty, then wheels, tyres etc. Then bin!
  28. J

    A Question...

Tommy, did you PM me a while ago and get a reply off me? Can't for the life of me remember lol! You only need to wash and dry buddy. The wax should last you a couple of months. What did you use? What wash method do you have at the moment?
  29. J

    New Wax... :)

Opti-horse! Now go out and use it buddy!
