Sorry to hear that dude, My bro-in-law had his car fixed by them.. the job was perfect.. couldnt tell the difference from factory. I would either ask them to send out a different "technician" to fix the problems.. or take it to a bodyshop and invioce them with the bill

setting on the heater control ? the heat reflective is the coating added to the windscreen, thats why the is the bit cut out at the bottom in the middle for you to put things like GPSs and rader detectors.
