Nope tried both keys and dash button all dead.

Didn’t try the main lights but hazards did not work so I guess no, no power to heaters, radio etc. El cheapo Code checker wasn’t receiving any power either.

Not having much luck atm. Clio 182 key in the ignition dash does nothing, the only sign of life is the led next to the gear stick is illuminated. I’ve hooked it up with jump leads to no avail. Swapped out a few fuses no visible signs of any damage. Ideas?

Ok to update this, figured out its not getting fuel if I prime it by hand it starts and runs fine. Since it runs fine once its going I assume the high pressure pump running off the engine is working fine and problem lies with the sender unit in the tank if it has one?

1.9 dci engine. Engine will start first time run for a few seconds then cuts out. Eventually it will restart but needs turning over quite a few times to get going. Also the ignition stays on even if you remove the key before it restarts which is weird. I’ve checked the injectors and they seem...

As long as it’s synthetic it will be fine, if memory serves its 3.1 litres but you can get away with 3L. It’s easy to change just drop the old oil like doing the sump then refill from the plastic butterfly on the front of the box. Have some pipe and a funnel handy makes the job a lot easier...

Most likely reason is the timing is slightly out. Only quick fix worth trying is checking the sensor is plugged in correctly.

Trouble with 3D printing is its very time consuming. The material/energy costs for one of those racks would be roughly £10-15 for example but soon as you factor in any labour money for keeping the printer going for 40 hours it becomes expensive.

If loius can do it for the cost of filament definatly go with that. If you draw a blank I do have a printer but it would be more costly and time consuming as its only a basc fdm one.

As above, If it runs fine at high revs it’s not the engine at fault.

Got a trafic van 1.9 diesel, I assume it’s a similar if not the same engine in most renaults Recently when it’s cold if I brake at a junction it drops the revs to 0 and almost stalls. Only happens when the brake pedal is pressed which is strange. Any ideas?

Gradual rollout starting from the 17th so may not have reached the uk yet. Also only works with echo speakers not alexa enabled stuff.

UK bands give or take are 4G - 800/1800/2600MHz. 3G – 2100.

Doesn’t look like it supports Uk network bands I’m afraid.

More likely to need a new shock or spring depending on the mileage/age. Take the wheel off and have a look will be the fastest way to diagnose the problem.
