I paid about £70 for the key fob, got the blade cut elsewhere and about £50 for programming it, so £120 total. I rang around my local 10 dealers (as I always would do now) as their price range is ridiculous, even if they're close to eachother. Some wanted £180 for the exact same thing!

Not sure tbh, tune your freeview in and compare signal quality with virgin box. Have a fiddle with the setting on the V box. Sky boxes have a pal/rgb output mode for scarts, rgb is optimum and can make noticeable difference. Try you PS3 at 720p and 1080i and see what looks best. Even try...

What TV is it? You shouldn't see too much pixelation on a freeview signal though. My 40" isn't too bad with freeview. If its still within guarantee period, take it back saying you're not happy.

I'm having the same debate for my monaco, though on standard wheels. I think the turinis look better in anthracite. Standards better in silver.....maybe...not sure....

This sounds like my exhaust. Came with the car and all I know is its stainless steel. Any markings or numbers on it to confirm its a KTEC when I look at it tomorrow?

It wont be til after jan/feb so no grit on the roads, so plenty of time to think about it. Will get it 'shopped first to see. Cup spoiler and splitter are on list but springs first.

That's ridiculous IMO. Hold off until you're 21 at least. Driving without due car and attention is definitely not helping your case lol Mine would be about £1k if I had the 172 at the start of my policy. I'm 21 with 4yrs experience, 3NCB and 3 points for speeding in 2004.

You'll never be able to tell if its mint from pics, can only tell no major panel issues. I've seen plenty that look good in the pics and was appalled when I went for the viewing, what a waste of time. I actually inquired into the above car, its not a dealer, its just he is classed as a trader...

Haggled down to around £3k, it'd still be decent price even if it needed a cambelt wouldn't it? Another £500ish. Providing all tyres are good and everything is working, I'd say its a good price. I'd throw an offer of £3k if all looks in check. Good price if cambelt is done. It doesn't say...
