That is crap! Mate I feel for you!
I'd push her insurance company to replace all your mods, or get your insurance company to do it and forward them the bill. Why should you lose out. If they don't contact your insurance's legal team and ask to take action against her or her insurance company...
Looking good mate!
First I've seen with those wheels and they look spot on IMO.
Maybe on the splitter, can you use some sort of filler/joiner on it to smooth it out like you would do on the bodywork, then paint it all over?
172 engine planned for the future or something different?
720p is 1280x720. On a TV that small, you probably wouldn't notice any increased detail when using 1080p unless you're sitting inches away from it.
TBH quality wise, only problems you may have are when the TV scales the picture to adjust it to fill the screen. Most HD ready TVs are quite good...
Ph1 were still running till Y reg (March 2001), thought the phase 2 came out around June 2001 so a few on Y regs but most started on a 51 plate.
It may have had a private plate which was taken off so it was given a random plate to replace the private plate, so maybe that's why its an X? But...
FLOL.
So true though, it'd take a couple of minutes to call up and get an accurate price rather than to wait for people to reply with a price you might not be able to get.
As warren said.
I've been told before if you're replacing just one tyre on the axle, its best to the same level of wear, to keep grip levels the same. Not 100% sure on that but it is kind of logical.
My guess is pretty much already said. It's either:
1) Heavy right foot
2) Crap tyres
3) Wet/icy roads
Can't say I have any problem in my 172. Since wearing in my eagle f1s, its more of a game to see if I can get the ESP/TC kicking in.
I got this yesterday and today, interestingly only thing I had done was unclip, move and then reclip the power steering fluid bottle and connect my amp to the battery.
A few seconds and its gone, nothing to worry about I guess.
Got it out! Cheers guys!
Parked it with just the wheels on a curb, and was plenty of space for my dad. Only asked for advice, and next thing I know he's under the car with a spanner lol
Unscrewed 3 bolts, unclipped one side and the spanner fell out. Saved me a couple quid for buying a new...
Did give that a quick try over the little brick bumps you get in a cul-de-sac but apparently I was "being too gentle". Never give my car abuse over any bumps so it was hard for me lol
Cheers guys, will give it a try tomorrow. If not enough time, is it dangerous to leave it there for a couple of days?
No axel stands. So anything strong enough to take the weight will be ok underneath? Just place it near the jack point?
Dan, will call you if I have problems and not too dark...
I was seriously scared of putting my hands in the bay and not being able to get them out again. Wiring up my amp, was 2 minutes from finishing, spent fooking ages trying to get that spanner.
Is the bottom panel easy to come off? I've only got the standard wheel jack, dangerous to take it off...
Dropped the bugger while reconnecting the battery, I know it fell on the panel underneath the engine because I could see but moved it out of sight trying to get to it.
What's the best way to get it out? And sitting at the bottom its not dangerous is it?
Probably not out till June-ish sort of time :( I want a phone soon but not prepared to wait cos by June, another phone will be on the horizon and so on. Plus its bigger than the iphone, which is only thing that really puts me off.
As said order from Renault, 10-14days for mine. For the blip fob (inc. immobilizer chip), I paid £70 (got blade cut elsewhere).
Then half hours labour (£40-50) for programming to car. Only garages I know do it are Renaults, but there is a guy on here who says he can do it (was posted in clio...
1. Had a mk1 and a mk2 ph1, enjoyed both those clios but wanted more power and handling but with a better interior so a ph2 172 seemed a good option.
2. For my price range it had everything: good power, handling, comfortable, looks good (esp in monaco), not too old and reasonably economical...
Been on PAYG for quite a while now from o2 and CPW.
Only make some sort of sense if you have an extremely, extremely cheap contract. Otherwise not worth it at all.
N96 has been slated by a lot of people for being slow, my mates have said the same, I've never tried it though.
Nokia 5800 should be out soon, touchscreen symbian seems ok.
Depends what you want from the phone.
I'm sure they were PE2, size was 195/45/16 not 205 so maybe why?
£93.58 fitted here http://www.blackcircles.com/public/order?view=standard
They got the F1s for £72 and I paid £60 so PE2 at £80 doesn't sound far off.
Might call tomo for to check the price lol
