possibly moisture getting in the engine ? when its warmed up the moisture has evaporated so it runs sweet, does it mis fire ?

never used them but i have read that is why they are cheaper than most, because basically they are rubbish ! try and get some sort of compo out of them, and if u havent paid for it yet go elsewhere.

me too ive got zv1s on my valver aswell (tread pattern looks sweet too) never had yoko a 539s but apparently in the wet they arent that good ! i read it on here before (i dunno if its true)

Dean, if you feel its worth it and youve got the knowledge/patience go for it, ok so it sounds like its had a bit of a hard life, but for that price its a steal, if it looks like ur goin to spend more that anticpated you could always break it (if the worst came to the worst) on the other hand...
