    AST coilover spring identification

One is length of the spring and one is the spring rate in newtons (I think) To convert the spring rates...... Newtons x 5.7082 = Lbs

Nope, no trouble with the main subframe bolts at all. just the small ones that attach the strengthening things. I was quite surprised about the condition of everything considering its 9 years old and done 107,000miles.

    cam locking tool for timing?

The car didnt pull aswell as others id...

As I may have mentioned before the clutch release bearing as always been noisy since I bought the car. This could be the route cause of the clutch ratchet problem I was having. The clutch itself is fine but after seeing what happened to Johnc172's cup clutch on track I thought it wise to change...

    Brawn Grand Prix

As much as id of liked to see Bruno driving the team/Ross Brawn has made a very sensible decision keeping Rubens. Very little testing means they need experiance in the cockpit. The car looks good and I hope they have done a good job on it. The nose looks very F2004 Ferrari. Loving the colour...

Mk1 F4R/172'd Track Car Project [Year 3 - Engine and Chassis Rebuild]

Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project As I said when you posted the first pic of the engine, The cracked sump worried me. When I snapped a pulley bolt the bit left in it came out real easy by turning it wth a screwdriver. The timing will be all to c**k for sure. Best thing imo is engine out and take the head...
